Kelso-Burnett Co. worked on three distinct substations for the City of Naperville consisting of the Jefferson #85, Westside #10, and Ogden #90 substations. Kelso-Burnett’s work included building a control/switchgear facility and installing a cable vault under that facility. Additionally, Kelso-Burnett’s team of electricians installed 34.5kv air insulated 8 position ring bus , three 34.5kv GCBs, 34.5 kv PTs, S&C 2000 circuit switchers, relay panels, CTs and PTs to each distinct substation.
